NON COOKED SALAD DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 can evaporated milk

Beat all of the above ingredients until smooth and thickened. Refrigerate 1 hour before using. Keep refrigerated.
