PIZZA PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 3/4 inch thick
3 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) (2 c.) herb-seasoned stuffing mix
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (4 oz.) pack (1 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 sm. onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms

Cut off extra fat on chops. In pan, put butter and onion; cook. Add stuffing mix, water and oregano. Stir. Measure 1/2 cup of stuffing mixture and put in 12x7 inch dish. Shape into a mound. Repeat with remaining stuffing so you have 4 mounds.

Put one pork chop on top of each mound. Pour pizza sauce over pork. Sprinkle drained mushrooms over pizza sauce. Cover dish with foil. At 350 degrees, bake 1 hour. Sprinkle shredded cheese over each chop. Makes 4 servings.
