I'VE GOT A SECRET CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 c. cooked beets, cubed not drained
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. coconut
1 c. walnuts

Mix first 4 ingredients together. In another bowl, put flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt. Cream the two mixtures together. Add remainder of ingredients. Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2 1/2 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Cool in pan.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cream cheese and butter. Blend together and add sugar and vanilla. Add milk if too stiff to spread. Real good!
