GROUND BEEF AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can mushroom soup
1 (12 oz.) box egg noodles, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2/3 c. catsup

Mix first 6 ingredients and blend until smooth. Stir 2 tablespoons butter into noodles; combine the 2 mixtures and pour into a baking dish. Saute onions and green pepper in 2 tablespoons butter; add ground beef and cook until brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 10 minutes. Spread over noodles. Bake 15 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Serves 8 people generously. This is very good!
