BAKED SCALLOPS 
2 lbs. scallops
1 c. heavy cream
1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. season salt
1 stick butter, melted

Rinse scallops. Grease baking dish; arrange scallops. Pour cream over scallops. Mix crackers, salt, and melted butter; pour over scallops.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top is light brown. Serves 6-8 people.
