VEGETABLE SOUP 
Shin bone or shank end
Soup bone - 2 lbs. meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen mixed vegetables
46 oz. can V-8 juice
10 3/4 oz. can cream mushroom soup
10 3/4 oz. can cream celery soup
1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook meat bone on low for 2 hours with enough water to cover. Take bone out. Remove meat. Add remaining ingredients and meat. Don't add macaroni. Turn down - cook for 1 hour. Then add macaroni and cook until done. Don't let macaroni stick. Stir often.
