FILBERT POTATO SCALLOP 
3/4 c. chopped filberts
3 diced or sliced raw potatoes
1 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 can mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Layer nuts, potatoes, cheese and onion. Stir together soup and milk. Pour over top. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until potatoes are done.
