1 lb. Italian sausage, cooked and drained
4 oz. cooked alphabet noodles
3 carrots, sliced
6-8 c. chicken stock
Dash of soy sauce
1 lg. onion, sauteed

Combine all ingredients. On medium heat simmer for 1/2 hour. Serves 4-8.
