CRAB IMPERIAL 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. milk
salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. parsley
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 lb. crabmeat
bread crumbs
paprika

Melt butter, add flour and stir until smooth. Add milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Season to taste. Add mayonnaise, parsley, egg yolks and crabmeat. Mix well and put into molds. Add bread crumbs on top and paprika. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 15 minutes.
