BEEF OR VENISON ROAST SAUCE 
1 med. onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. cold water
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
Cayenne pepper & garlic (opt.)

Brown onion; add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Tear roast apart with forks and add sauce. Serve on hot buns. This is enough sauce for 2 1/2 pounds meat.
