5 med. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. light cream

Cut potatoes in large pieces and place into baking dish. Mix salt, brown sugar, flour and nuts and pour over potatoes. Dot with butter. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
