ICE CREAM PARFAIT PIE 
To be used in a baked 9 inch pie shell.

FILLING:

1 package lemon Jello or any flavor dissolved in 1 1/4 cups hot water. Add 1 pint ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Chill until thickened, but not set.

Now fold in one to one and a half cups your favorite fruit (drained). Turn into pie shell and chill until firm. Makes a wonderful summer dessert.

Example: Strawberry ice cream with fresh strawberries. Another favorite - lemon Jello, teaspoon grated lemon rind, 3 tablespoons lemon juice, vanilla ice cream. Pies may be garnished with whipped cream.
