BEEF AND CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. low-fat ground beef, browned
4-6 c. shredded cabbage
1 (15 oz.) can salt-free tomato sauce
Pepper (if desired)

Place ground beef in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with pepper. Add cabbage and pack to top of casserole. Cover and bake about 1 hour at 325-350 degrees. Uncover and bake 1 hour longer.
