SOUR CREAM SPICE CAKE 
1/3 c. butter
3 tbsp. granulated brown sugar replacement
2 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream together butter and brown sugar replacement; add eggs, beating well. Beat in cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in sifter and beat into creamed mixture alternately with water. Stir in sour cream, raisins, and walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done.
