EASY POTATO SOUP 
4-6 potatoes, cooked & cut up
2-3 c. mashed potatoes (leftovers work good)
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
4 c. milk
4 c. water
2 carrots, shredded
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
4 tbsp. butter

In 8 quart pan; bring milk and water to boil. Add remaining ingredients. Cook 1 to 2 hours on low heat.
