EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. beef cubes
Oil for browning
1 can Campbell's golden mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream or plain yogurt

Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add soup and 1/4 cup water and simmer 1 hour or until tender. Just before serving, stir in sour cream or yogurt and heat through. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
