LIZ'S CHOCOLATE ICING - WITHOUT
POWDERED SUGAR!
 
This is a great way to make a creamy chocolate icing when you don't have any powdered sugar in the house. It's super easy to make, and tastes great!!

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add cocoa, sugar, and milk. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes or until thickened, and beat until smooth. Will also set in the refrigerator.
