2 c. Crisco oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. baking soda
7 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Cream together oil, sugar and eggs. Add buttermilk and soda. Blend. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Drop by the spoonful. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture before baking. Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes. Watch carefully so they do not brown very much.
