ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. honey
3 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated squash
3 c. rye flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts

Beat the eggs until foamy. Add the oil, honey, vanilla, and squash. In separate bowl, sift 3 cups rye flour, soda, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix together with first ingredients. Add nuts.

Bake one hour at 325 degrees until done. Should make one loaf pan and one 8x8 cake pan.
