CREAMY CHOW MEIN CHICKEN 
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
4-5 cooked breast of chicken, deboned
1 (15 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Put 1/2 chow mein noodles on bottom. Combine milk and soups; mix with chicken. Pour into dish and top with remaining chow mein noodles. I also make this without the chow mein noodles and serve it over biscuits. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
