HAMBURGER - CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 c. chopped onion 12 oz. can Mexicorn 1 c. cream of chicken soup 1 c. cream of mushroom soup 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. chopped pimento 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 3 c. noodles 1 c. soft bread crumbs 3 tbsp. melted butter Brown ground beef; add onion and cook until tender. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt, and pepper; mix well. Stir in noodles (cooked). Pour in 2 quart casserole. Mix bread and butter. Sprinkle over top and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until hot. 8 to 10 servings. |
