PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE 
1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (38 wafers)
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips, chopped

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, soft
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. whipping cream

Combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar and melted butter. Stir in chopped peanut butter chips and press onto bottom of 9 inch pan. Use a springform pan for easy removal.

Beat cream cheese and lemon juice until fluffy. Combine peanut chips and milk in saucepan and stir over medium heat until chips are melted. Add warm mixture to cream cheese mixture. Whip cream until stiff and fold into peanut butter mixture. Pour into crust and chill overnight.
