PINEAPPLE CRUNCH CAKE 
56 Ritz crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 pkgs. Dream Whip
2 c. drained, crushed pineapple

Crumble 56 Ritz crackers until fine. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add baking powder and sugar gradually as you mix. Then add cracker crumbs and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Then mix Dream Whip and softened cream cheese. Fold in drained, crushed pineapple. Pour over crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting.
