OVEN BAR-B-QUE BRISKET 
10-12 lb. brisket

Marinated overnight in the following:

Celery salt
Onion salt
Garlic salt

Sprinkle over meat.

6 oz. Liquid Smoke

Cover with foil and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Add salt and pepper the next day. Bake 4 hours at 275 degrees. Remove foil and cover with sauce. Cook 1 hour longer.

BAR-B-QUE SAUCE:

3 c. catsup
3 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. dry mustard
6 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and let simmer 5 minutes.
