ZUCCHINI JAM 
6 c. peeled, grated or ground zucchini
6 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 (6 oz.) flavored Jello (apricot, peach, orange, pineapple)

Drain zucchini. Boil until transparent, (6 minutes). Add rest of ingredients except Jello. Boil 6 minutes and remove from heat. Add Jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into glasses and cover with Paraffin.
