CHILE RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 can diced green chiles
1 lb. grated cheese (Jack and/or Cheddar)
2 c. Bisquick
3 c. milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt

Line pan with chiles, cover with cheese. Mix Bisquick, milk, eggs and salt together and pour over. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
