2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 jar dried beef, chopped
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chili powder (optional)

Mix all ingredients and roll in either pecans or chili powder.
