TAVERN PUMPKIN MUFFINS 
1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin
1 tbsp. butter, melted
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/4 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. nutmeg
3/4 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. milk
1 c. raisins
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Add pumpkin, butter, and eggs. Stirring constantly, add milk. Mix in raisins and vanilla. Pour batter into greased muffin tins and bake at 375 degrees until done. Makes 2 dozen.
