CHOCOLATE CHIP LOAF CAKES 
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) bag MINI chocolate chips
2 (5 x 10 inch) loaf pans

Line pans with wax paper or grease them. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 50 minutes to 1 hour. When toothpick comes out dry.

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Blend with butter, sugar, egg and sour cream mixture. Fold in MINI chocolate chips.
