CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion
2 (15 3/4 oz.) cans Brooks chili beans (hot or mild)
1 can tomato soup
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, put through blender
Chili powder, to taste

Using a Dutch oven, brown hamburger and onion together; drain fat. Add other ingredients, stir together and warm through after sprinkling chili powder, to taste, over top. This recipe is thick enough to use as the topping for chili dogs, or for filling a soft taco shell - topped with Cheddar cheese and folded, "chirritto"!
