1 sm. can potato sticks 1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch bits 1 tbsp. peanut butter Melt butterscotch bits in saucepan. Add peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir in potato sticks. Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. When they cool and harden, store in a covered container. | |

I have been making these for years and my mom did when I was a kid, they are always a big hit for Christmas. We just use Crunchy chow mein noodles rather than the potato sticks. I may need to check out your recipe next time :-)
