2 qt. half & half
5 eggs
2 1/2 c. white sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients above in bowl with electric mixer until well blended. Pour into metal ice cream cylinder and churn using 2 bags crushed ice (10 pounds) and rock salt.
