EASY FISH AND VEGGIES IN FOIL 
1 lb. fish
4 green onions
1 green pepper
1 cucumber or zucchini
1 tomato
Salt
Paprika
Lemon pepper
Basil
Lemon juice
Butter

Grease inside of foil. Place fish on skin side down. Sprinkle with salt and paprika. Lay onions and sliced green pepper strips on side. Slice cucumber or zucchini lengthwise into 3 or 4 slices; lay on top of fish.

Lay tomato slices on top. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, basil, and lemon juice. Dot with butter. Fold up foil and seal. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be cooked on top of outdoor grill.
