PERFECTION SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. pimiento
1 tbsp. vinegar

Let Jello set until thick then add vegetables. Continue to keep cold until serving.
