MEXICAN FRUITCAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple, drain
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. walnuts

Mix well. Put in ungreased 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. cream cheese (3 oz.)
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Mix well. Put on cool cake.
