PEACH COOKIE SUNDAE 
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
5 c. sliced fresh peaches

Put in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 inch slices of refrigerator cookie dough (sugar). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Cool and serve with whipped topping.
