VEAL CUTLET PARMIJANI 
Thinly sliced veal
1 can Marinara sauce
1 tsp. oregano
Flour for coating cutlets
Roll or ball of Mozzarella cheese
Oil for frying

Heat oil for frying in a large skillet. Coat veal cutlets in flour and brown both sides in the hot oil. Remove to a large roasting pan. Pour Marinara sauce over and sprinkle with oregano. Lay a thin slice of Mozzarella cheese on each. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Good with garlic bread.
