BRAISED SHRIMP WITH VEGETABLES | |
1 tbsp. corn oil 1 lb. fresh lg. cleaned shrimp 8 oz. whole-sliced bamboo shoots 8 oz. fresh broccoli 8 oz. whole button mushrooms 1 tsp. soy sauce 1/2 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. sweetener 1/8 tsp. pepper Heat oil in wok or skillet. Stir-fry shrimp in hot oil until tender (about 3 minutes). Add broccoli, stir-fry one minute. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry one more minute. Combine remaining ingredients. Simmer until sauce thickens. |
