LEMON FLUFF 
1 box lemon Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 lemon
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve Jello in boiling water in large bowl and let stand until cool - not thick. Mix sugar in with Jello. Whip chilled evaporated milk until light and fluffy. Add Jello to milk and mix well. Squeeze juice from lemon and grate rind of lemon and add to mixture. Place 1/2 of crumbs in bottom on 9 x 9 inch dish. Add lemon mixture. Spread over crumbs. Sprinkle rest of crumbs over top. Chill well. Cut into squares and serve.
