LIMAS BAKED IN SOUR CREAM 
4 c. lima beans, fresh or frozen
1 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. brown sugar
4 slices bacon

Cook limas in slightly salted boiling water until almost tender. Drain beans and place in greased casserole dish. Combine sour cream, salt, pepper, mustard and brown sugar. Mix with beans and top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
