IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN 'N BROCCOLI

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. cut up cooked chicken
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" x 1 1/2" pie pan. Rinse broccoli under running cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups of cheese, chicken and onion in pie plate. In a bowl, beat milk, egg, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife is clean, 25 to 35 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes longer. Cool.
