HAWAIIAN SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello
3 tbsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1 c. boiling water
1 c. pineapple tidbits, canned
1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, canned

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add orange juice and rind. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruits; turn into molds. Chill until firm.
