2 cans sliced peaches
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
2 sticks butter

Place one layer on top of the other in the order given in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. It's done when the butter melts and the top mixture is browned.
