CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk or buttermilk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix the first six ingredients. Add and mix the next four ingredients, then add and mix the grated zucchini and chocolate chips. Pour batter into 9"x13" greased and floured pan. Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup nuts on top. Bake in a 325 degree oven for 45 minutes. This cake is more moist after it has set 24 hours.
