CARROT SLAW 
8 med. carrots, shredded
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. bottled buttermilk dressing

In medium bowl combine carrots and onions. Stir in pineapple chunks. Add buttermilk dressing and toss.
