SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 box Jiffy cornmeal mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter

Mix all together. Pour into baking dish. Can be topped with cheddar cheese if desired. Bake for 1 hour at 350 to 375 degrees.
