1 (1 1/2 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/4 c. soft butter
12 oz. Cool Whip, thawed
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding

In large bowl, combine milk and pudding. Beat until thickened. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Add this to pudding mixture. Fold in Cool Whip.

In sand bucket, layer Oreo crumbs and pudding, ending with crumbs at top, resembling dirt. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Edge of bucket may be decorated with candy worms and plastic flowers. Scoop out with shovel.
