HAPPY SHRIMP | |
3 to 5 lbs. raw, peeled shrimp 3 sticks butter 1 med. onion, chopped 2 ribs celery, chopped 1 can beer 1 tbsp. liquid Crab Boil (or less) Melt butter over medium heat in 13 x 9 inch pan. Saute onion and celery. Add beer and crab boil. Arrange shrimp in sauce and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir after 25 minutes. Serve with French bread to dip in the sauce. |
