1 yellow cake mix
1 (29 oz.) can peaches
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Drain peaches using the juice as the water in cake mix. Mix; pour peaches in batter, mixing so peaches are in chunks. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Let cool, then top with Cool Whip.
