DOUBLE CHOCOLATE CRUMBLE BARS | |
1/2 c. butter 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. chopped pecans 2 tbsp. cocoa 1/4 tsp. baking powder 2 c. tiny marshmallows 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. peanut butter 1 1/2 c. Rice Krispies Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, chopped nuts, cocoa, baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Stir into egg mixture. Spread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly on top and bake 3 minutes more. Cool. In small saucepan combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook and stir over low heat until chocolate is melted. Stir in cereal. Spread on top of cooled bars. Chill. Cut into bars. Refrigerate. |
